Fitness, performance, and the health of any horse all depend on a proper balance of protein, energy, vitamins, minerals, fiber, and water. Regardless of how you use your horse,

pleasure riding, competition, showing, or breeding, you need a sound nutritional program to insure your horse stays vigorous and healthy. Not only will your horse be more enjoyable, but it will also be more economical to own.

Each Equine formula is designed to provide the best nutritional program based on the needs of you and your horse.

PRACTICAL FEEDING

· Maintain a regular feeding time.

· Feed each horse individually according to their specific needs

· adjusting the  amount fed depending on their work,

     performance and body condition.

· Provide plenty of fresh, clean water and free-choice salt. Do not over supplement.

· Do not mix Equine Formulas with oats or other feeds as this will dilute the desirable levels of key nutrients.

· Divide the total lbs. of feed required into 2 or more

feedings per day and maintain a regular feeding program.

Do not feed more than 0.5% of body weight at one

    feeding.

· Always change feeds gradually over a two week period.

· Measure feed by weight instead of by volume.

Store feed in a cool dry place, and never feed moldy, dirty, or dusty hay or feed.
